Building Update June 2021

I trust you've all heard by now but our building extension has finally been APPROVED! It is worthy of rejoicing and thanking God for his provision and faithfulness. It's also a story of patience. We've been rejected twice, spent time, energy, money. Experienced excitement and doubt. All along God has been at work stretching our faith and helping us to trust his timing.

I shared a few weeks ago that the astronomical costs of the planned extension generated doubt in me - over £1m! - yet in my moment of questioning God, his resource and ability, I received an email to say the plans had been approved. To put this exact timing into context, we've been at this for over a decade! God is never late and he's never earlier. He's precise. In his preciseness I've encountered his abundance.

I have to say, I am not exactly sure what's next but God is. That being said God wants to partner with us and places in us what we need to go on. So we will push some doors, plans and pray.

Church, the building included, is a family affair and so we value you joining with us. There are three easy ways to do that:
